I downloaded the free tracker but haven't received it in my inbox.
Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails occasionally land there on first contact. If it's not there, try downloading again at fluentpulse.ai using a different email address. If you're still having trouble, email us at hello@fluentpulse.ai.
I purchased a product but can't access my download.
All purchases are delivered via Gumroad. Check your inbox for an email from Gumroad with your download link. If you can't find it, log into your Gumroad account at gumroad.com/library where all your purchases are stored. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All our products are digital downloads. Because they can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However if there is a technical issue with your download or the product is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it. Is FluentPulse a substitute for speech therapy?
No. FluentPulse provides educational resources and self-help tools based on established fluency therapy techniques. It is not a substitute for working with a qualified speech-language pathologist. If you haven't worked with a speech therapist before, we recommend exploring that alongside our resources.
