1. About FluentPulse

FluentPulse is a digital content and educational resource brand operated from the United Kingdom at fluentpulse.ai. We create and sell digital products including PDF guides, workbooks, audio sessions, and online courses for people who stutter.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Speech Therapy

The techniques and information provided are based on established fluency therapy practices and are intended for general educational purposes. Individual results will vary. FluentPulse makes no guarantee that any product or resource will improve your fluency or eliminate your stutter.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

All FluentPulse products are digital downloads delivered via Gumroad. By purchasing a product you agree to the following:

• Products are delivered digitally — no physical product will be sent
• You will receive access to your purchase immediately or within a short time after payment is confirmed
• Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You will receive a download link via email from Gumroad — check your spam folder if you do not receive it
• You can access your purchases at any time via your Gumroad account at gumroad.com/library

If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at hello@fluentpulse.ai and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP). Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. FluentPulse does not store your payment card details.

International customers may be charged in their local currency by Gumroad at the prevailing exchange rate. Additional foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your card provider.

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• There is a technical fault that prevents you from accessing your download
• The product is significantly different from its description on our website
• You have been charged twice for the same product

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@fluentpulse.ai with your order details. We will respond within 48 hours.

6. FluentPulse Pro Membership

FluentPulse Pro is a monthly subscription membership. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will renew automatically each month at the stated monthly price
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Gumroad account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then
• No refunds will be given for partial months
• FluentPulse reserves the right to change membership pricing or content with reasonable notice to members

7. Intellectual Property

All content on fluentpulse.ai and in our products — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and PDF documents — is the intellectual property of FluentPulse and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

When you purchase a FluentPulse product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use. You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute our products to third parties
• Reproduce or republish our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or branding from our products
